KUWAIT STEEL is proud to share that our Human Resources have successfully obtained the ISO 30414:2018 certification highlighting its commitment to distinction in people management. This achievement reflects our focus on data-driven decision-making, talent acquisition, employee development, and retention strategies as well as our ability to provide reliable and valid testing, calibration, and sampling results.
By implementing these standards, KUWAIT STEEL is making data-driven decisions, improving transparency & accountability, increasing investor and stakeholder confidence, driving sustainable development, creating competitive advantage and drive continuous improvement.

KUWAIT STEEL has recently received IAS accreditation for testing laboratories meeting the requirements of AC89, IAS Accreditation Criteria compliance with ISO/EC Standard 17025:2017, General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories.
KUWAIT STEEL is now using the following standard test methods :
- ASTM A370-22 : Standard Test Methods and Definitions for Mechanical Testing of Steel Products (Sections 7 - 14 and Section 15).
- ASTM C25-19: Standard Test Methods for Chemical Analysis ofLimestone, Quicklime, and Hydrated Lime.
- ASTM C110-20 : Standard Test Methods for Physical Testing of Quicklime, Hydrated Lime, and Limestone.
- ASTM C1271-99 (Re-approved 2020): Standard Test Method for X-ray Spectrometric Analysis of Lime and Limestone.
- ASTM E415-21: Standard Test Method analysis of carbon low alloy steel by spark atomic emission spectrometry.
- BS EN ISO 15630-1:2019: Steel for the reinforcement and prestressing of concrete - Test methods (Sections 5 to 7 and Sections 9 to 12).
This accreditations reflects KUWAIT STEEL's dedication to providing highest quality products to its customers.
